The Punjab Land Record Society(PLRS) is responsible for carrying out policies and plans for Punjab's land records and revenue-related matters. The PLRS portal which is frequently known as Jamabandi Punjab undertakes the responsibility of offering citizens online access to view, track, monitor, and inspect land record documents at their fingertips.
Users can check Punjab’s Jamabandi land records(fard) online, Bhulekh documents, Mutation, Rojnamcha, Cadastral Map, Nakal Verification and much more.

Established under the Registration of Societies Act, of 1860, the Punjab Land Record Society is a governing body under the Government of Punjab that plans out policies & services in matters relating to land and revenue in the state.
The PLRS online portal allows citizens in the state to check for online jamabandi in Punjab, property tax details, mutation records, court cases or land issues (if any). If you are a current user and wish to check the Jamabandi record, you can do it by visiting https://jamabandi.punjab.gov.in/.
Landowners have Jamabandi documents as proof of land ownership, similar to how a property buyer has a document known as a selling deed. These documents are collectively referred to as "Fard'' documents.
One can easily check the land records based on the owner's name, khat, khasra number, and Khatami number on the Jamabandi Punjab online portal.
Punjab residents can check information related to land records via the online Punjab Jamabandi portal.

Step 1: Visit http://plrs.org.in/ and click on Fard.
Step 2: You will be redirected to another page where you must enter details like District, Tehsil, Village, and Year. Choose "Set Region".
Step 3: Mention the required information, and a new window will open. After registering, it will show options like Jamabandi, Mutation, Roznamcha.
Step 4: Select Jamabandi. Notably, Jamabandi can be checked based on the owner's name, khewat number, khasra number, and Khatauni number. Choose the relevant option and mention the details.
Step 5: A window will appear when you search the Jamabandi details by the owner's name. Mention the owner's name, and click "View Owner Relation."
After completing all the steps, your land records(fard) online in Punjab will appear on the screen.

The Punjab Jamabandi Portal enables you to rectify land record information online. Follow the below steps if you wish to correct land records on the Jamabandi Punjab Portal.
Step 1: Login to the Punjab land records portal and find Fard online in Punjab.
Step 2: You will be redirected to another portal where you must enter details like district, tehsil, village, and year.
Step 3: Select "Set Region", and once the region is set, choose "Correction Record."
Step 4: A new window will appear, where you must enter the information like name, mobile number, email ID, district, tehsil, village, about, and feedback.
Step 5: After mentioning details, click on "Submit."
Step 1: Login to the PLRS website.
Step 2: Select "Collector Rates' from the left side.
Step 3: A new window will appear, from which you can choose your district and verify the PLRS collector rates online.
The portal will allow users to authenticate land record 'Nakal' documents online. Follow the below steps if you want to complete your Nakal verification.
Step 1: Login to Jamabandi Punjab portal, i.e., https://jamabandi.Punjab.gov.in/
Step 2: Select the "Nakal Verification" tab available on the left side of the portal.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a page where you must mention basic information like district, tehsil, and dates.
Step 4: Enter all the information and click on the 'Verify Nakal' option, which will be displayed.
The portal will allow users to access the cadastral map of an area online. If you wish to examine the cadastral map, follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1: Log in to the Jamabandi Punjab portal.
Step 2: Select the "Cadastral Map" option.
Step 3: A new window will appear where you must choose the district, tehsil, and village. The cadastral map of the selected area will appear.

Step 1: Navigate to the Jamabandi Punjab Land Records portal.
Step 2: Choose the "Dashboard—Status of Mutations' option.
Step 3: A new page will appear where you must select your district.
Your district mutation status will appear on your screen.
Step 1: Navigate to the Punjab Land Records website: https://jamabandi.Punjab.gov.in/.
Step 2: On the left side of the screen, you will see "Property Tax Register." Click on it.
Step 3: A new window will appear where you must select the location.
Step 4: Mention your Property ID or Registration Number.
Step 5: Select the 'Search' option, and your property tax details will appear on your screen.
Step 1: Log in to the online Jamabandi Punjab portal.
Step 2: Click on the "Roznamcha" option.
Step 3: You will get two options for viewing Roznamcha, viz., Rapat number-wise or Waqiati number-wise. Select the appropriate option.
Step 4: A new window will open where you must fill in details like district, tehsil, village, and year.
Step 5: Click on "Set Region" and then click on Roznamcha.
The registry deed available on the Jamabandi Punjab land record online portal can be accessed by entering the seller's or buyer's name, that number, registration number, and registration date.
Follow the below steps To check the Registry Deed online.
Step 1: Visit the Punjab Land Records website.
Step 2: Choose the "Registry Deed" option.
Step 3: A new window will open where you must select the district and tehsil and select the "Search Criteria".
Step 4: Mention your details and click on "Search."
The Registry Deed details will appear on your screen.

Step 3: Select a district, tehsil, or village and search the records using the Khasra, Khewat, or Khatauni numbers.
Step 4: Mention the captcha code and click on "Search."
Land records will appear on your screen.
