Below is the list of schemes that are implemented as part of the AP YSR Navasakam plan:
The Andhra Pradesh’s government provides existing rice card holders with new rice cards. The families from the Navasakam eligible list will get benefit from the YSR Rice card program if they meet the following criteria:
Families earning under Rs. 10,000/month in rural areas, and below Rs. 12,000/month in urban areas.
Families having total property holdings below ten acres of dry land or three acres of wetland, or ten acres of combined dry and wet land
Families whose estimated electricity usage is below 300 units/month and not having any member who is a government employee or retiree from government service. Furthermore, the family should not own a 4-wheeler, nor have any member paying income in order to be eligible. Additionally, if they are based in urban areas, they must not own any land, nor own more than 750 square feet of built-up space in order to qualify.
The YSR Arogyasri program provides assistance to those families having annual income of less than Rs. 500,000, land holdings of less than 12 acres for wetland, less than 35 acres of dry land, or less than 35 acres of combined wet and dry land. Such families also should not have more than one personal car, no property nor a built up area of over 3,000 square feet in an urban location, and should not be government employees, in order to be eligible for this scheme.

YSR Amma Vodi is one of the major schemes launched by the Chief Minister YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy as part of the Navaratnalu initiative. Under this scheme, mothers and legal guardians who are living in extreme poverty are eligible for financial assistance from the Andhra Pradesh state government.
Such assistance is given regardless of the religion, ethnicity or background of the eligible beneficiaries. The aim of this scheme is to provide resources to a mother to getschool education for her child from kindergarten to twelfth grade.
This scheme assists students enrolled in the ITI, Polytechnic, Degree College or higher level programmes in government owned, government-aided and private colleges to receive Jagananna Vasathi and Vidya Deevena cards from the government. The Jagananna Vasathi card covers full tuition fee expenses, while Vidya Deevena card covers food and lodging expenses for the students of up to Rs. 20,000 per year.
The aim of this scheme under YSR Navasakam is to economically empower the Kapu women who are 45 years or older in age. The programme provides monetary support of Rs. 15,000 annually for a period of 5 years to the eligible Kapu women. This scheme increases the economic opportunities for Kapu women to earn a living and improve their living standards.
Citizens meeting the below stated criterion are eligible for a pension card from the Andhra Pradesh government:
Must have family income of less than Rs. 10,000/month in rural areas or less than Rs. 12,000/month in urban areas;
Should be 60 years or above in age
Must have less than 3 acres of wetland, less than 10 acres of dry land and less than 10 acres of combined wet and dry land
Must not have any family member as a government employee
Must consume less than 300 units of electricity per month
Under this scheme, weaver families who own handlooms, receive financial assistance of Rs 24,000 per year from the government. The purpose of this programme under YSR Navasakam is to modernize the infrastructure to significantly improve its competitiveness with the handlooms industry.
Under this programme, the government of Andhra Pradesh, provides financial support of Rs. 75,000 over 4 years to the women aged 45-65 years from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and other minority groups in the state.
The government’s objective under the YSR Navasakam portal, which has been allocated a total budget of Rs. 17,000 crores, is to boost entrepreneurship amongst women. The recipients of the funds under this program are given complete flexibility on how to spend the money.
Under this scheme, the government provides honoraria to the imams, pastors and muazzins, along with an increase in the salaries for archakas.
Under this YSR Navasakam portal service, the government provides grants of Rs. 10,000/year to members of the BC (backward caste community) such as Rajakas, Nayee Brahmins and Tailors.

YSR Navasakam Login
Step 1: Visit the navasakam.ap.gov.in.
Step 2: On the main page of the website, search for the YSR Navasakam Loginon.
Step 3: Upon selecting the above Login option, Enter user ID, password, and the captcha code on the new page that loads. Click on the YSR Navasakam Login option beside the captcha code.
Step 1: Go to the official website on YSR Navasakam.
Step 2: From the homepage, go to the “Know Your Secretariat” menu option.
Step 3: The subsequent page displays a list from which one can identify where a specific district is rural or urban.
Step 4: Click on the link given in the section (rural or urban) next to the district’s name.
Step 5: Select the Mandal name from the list.
Step 6: Click on the link appearing next to Mandal’s name and copy the secretariat code that appears on the resulting screen.
Step 1: Visit the YSR Navasakam.
Step 2: On the homepage that appears on the screen, click on the link to secretariat personnel mapping
Step 3: A new webpage will load that contains a table of districts.
Step 4: Click on the link for your district.
Step 5: A new webpage would load up that would contain a list of Mandals.
Step 6: Upon clicking on the Mandal link, an alphabetical list of all elected officials of that district is shown.
Officials in Andhra Pradesh were ordered to issue ID cards to beneficiaries of various welfare schemes in the state on Tuesday, June 9, 2022. Strict action will be taken if the cards are not delivered to the recipients within a specific deadline. A list of recipients should also be exhibited at the division secretariats.
Below is the mandatory timeline within which the cards of the different schemes are to be issued:
Aarogyasri Cards: Within 20 days of application
Rice and Pension Cards: Within 10 days of application
House Site Pattas: Within 90 days after enrolment.
Beneficiaries of 10 different social assistance programs initiated by the Andhra Pradesh administration have been identified using the AP YSR Navasakam system. More than 3.5 million domiciled residents of Andhra Pradesh have benefited from government-initiated welfare programs. Moreover, as of May 2020, the government has already disbursed Rs 40,139 crore to the beneficiaries of the social schemes.
In terms of demographic wise beneficiaries, Backward Classes (BC) beneficiaries have received Rs. 19,298 crores, while those from the SC/ST groups have been provided Rs. 2,108 crores. Other beneficiaries under the Andhra Pradesh YSR Navasakam welfare schemes have received Rs. 10,472 crores in aggregate, till date.
The state government is committed to providing their people with fundamental services or the opportunity to make a respectable living for themselves with the AP YSR Navasakam programme.
