There are two ways to pay the registration fees and stamp duty in Karnataka:

The steps to pay the stamp duty and property registration charges in Karnataka online are::
Step 1: Visit https://k2.karnataka.gov.in/index_en.html
Step 2: Click on Generate Challan
Step 3: Enter the following details

Step 4: Choose the stamp duty and registration department in the department type. Enter the following details of the department.

DDO code
Step 5: Select stamp duty from the drop-down and agreement of sale in sub purpose
Step 6: Mention the amount of stamp duty you need to pay and choose the payment mode you prefer.
Step 7: Submit the information after you enter the captcha
Now you will receive a challan that is valid for 90 days. Once you receive it, visit the sub-registrar's office and complete the property registration before the challan expires. Both parties need to provide the necessary documents, and all of them should be signed by both parties. Once stamp duty in Karnataka is paid, and all documents are provided, the authorized officials will issue a property registration document after verification.
Also, you cannot pay a stamp duty of more than INR 2000 online. You can pay the stamp duty in Karnataka in the following ways:
