Step 1: Login to the RERA Gujarat portal.
Step 2: From the menu bar, click on "Registration" and then click on "Agent."
Step 3: A list will appear on your screen. If you want to check a particular city, click on a company or individual under the city name.
Step 4: A list with the registration number and agent name will appear on your screen.
Step 1: Visit the https://gujrera.gujarat.gov.in/ portal.
Step 2: Select the "Citizen" tab and click on "Complaint."
Step 3: Based on the requirement, select the option, and if you want to file a complaint as a buyer, click on login.
Step 4: A new complaint form will appear where you must mention your name, address, and complaint details.
Step 5: Now, you will be asked to make a payment; once done, click on "Submit."
Your complaint will be registered on the Gujarat RERA website.

Step 1: Navigate to the Gujarat RERA website.
Step 2: Select the Citizen Tab and click on "Raise Ticket".
Step 3: A login option will appear. If you are a promoter, then select the Promoter Claim 1.0 or if you're an agent, choose Agent Claim 1.0.
Step 4: In the case of a new user, create an ID and login.
Step 5: Once logged in, type your issue, and your ticket will be raised.
Once you receive the ticket number, you can track the status.

If you wish to register a project as a promoter or an agent, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the Gujarat RERA website.
Step 2: Choose 'Project Registration' if you're a promoter or a developer. If you want to register as a real estate agent, click 'Agent Registration'.
Step 3: Choose the promoter type in a property registration form or agent registration. Once done, mention your email address.
Step 4: Soon, you will receive an OTP over your email.
Step 5: Enter the required information and make the payment.
