Noida Authority To Make Housing Project Details Accessible Online

Noida Authority is now making access to group housing project details easier, and quicker. As per the latest development, they plan to upload the details of all the group housing projects like the status of completion, occupation certificates, arrears, registry of flats, and disputes on their official website.

Noida Authority will be initiating action against developers who are not yet ready to clear their dues. As per the media reports, Noida Authority's CEO, Ritu Maheswari has directed the housing group department to upload the details of group housing projects immediately. She directed the department officials to take action against the defaulter builders in accordance with the terms in the lease deed. This includes attachment of bank accounts, sealing of unsold flats, and allotment of plots.

Furthermore, she has directed the officials to speed up the process of the flat registry by coordinating with the Amrapali Court’s receiver. Other builders will be granted a flat-wise sub-lease document permission.

As of now, only two builders have applied for the facility to reschedule. Noida CEO has directed officials to encourage more builders to avail of this facility. This facility allows them to pay the dues in installments over two years.
