Successful applicants must submit 30% of the total flat price (after EMD adjustment) within 30 days of allotment.
The remaining 70% can be paid in eight half-yearly installments, plus interest.
Applicants who pay in full for their flats within 30 days of receiving their allotment letter may be eligible for some rebates.
Within 30 days of the manual draw/e-auction, the Authority will refund the EMD amount to unsuccessful applicants without interest.
The modes of payment differ depending on the category chosen by the applicants-
For applicants interested in participating in an e-auction, the Authority has simplified the payment mode based on the amount (processing fee or EMD) to be submitted.
The Authority will physically distribute allotment letters after the results of the allotment are published on the official website. Also, when using e-bidding, the highest bid against the reserved/allotment price is taken into account.
