• You are more than 18 years old.

• You have a domicile certificate from Maharashtra.

MHADA Lottery 2023 Application Process (Mumbai, Pune & other cities)

Here is the procedure to fill MHADA lottery 2023 application form online: 

Step 1: Add Your Details 

Step 1: Visit the MHADA Lottery's official website.

Step 2: Click on the register option on the home screen.

Step 3: Create a username and password for the MHADA login.

Step 4: Enter the below details on the portal

• First Name

• Father’s/Husband’s/Middle Name

• Last Name/Surname

• DOB (Date of Birth)

• Mobile Number

• Whatsapp Mobile Number

Step 5: Submit the information once you have double-checked.

Step 6: Input the verification code and click on confirm.

Step 7: Enter OTP (One Time Password) and click “OK”. 

Step 2: Check Your Username & Monthly Income

Complete the entire form and check the upper right-hand corner of the screen to ensure you are logged in.

Provide your family’s average gross monthly income in the past 12 months from all sources. Only add the monthly amounts.

Step 3: Upload Your Photograph

Add the most recent photograph and ensure the following for it:

The format of the photograph should be JPEG.

The size of the photograph ranges from 5 KB to 50 KB.

The photograph needs to be passport-size. 

Your photograph needs to be clear.

Steps to upload your photograph: 

Step 1: Upload the image from its source location

Step 2: Crop the image as per your preferred size

Step 3: Click on “OK”. 

Note: The portal will prompt an error warning if your photograph does not range between 5 KB to 50 KB.

Step 4: Add Your PAN Card Information

Input your PAN number, and your details will be checked online. It will display your name below. In case your PAN card has been used by someone else, it will prompt a notification that the PAN card must be scanned and uploaded. This will further be verified by MHADA officers. 

Step 5: Enter Your Specifics on The Portal

Enter the below details on the MHADA lottery portal:

Step 1: Choose the salutation suitable for you

Step 2: Enter Your First Name, Father’s Name/Husband’s Name/Middle Name & Last Name/Surname

Step 3: Select your occupation

Step 4: Choose your marital status

Step 5: Select your gender

Step 6: Enter your Aadhar Card Number

Step 6: Enter Your Address With Pin

You need to ensure you enter your permanent address consisting of country, state, district, taluka, village, and PIN. 

Step 7: Ensure You Enter Your Contact Information

You need to add your email address, home phone number, and office phone number. 

Step 8: Enter Your Financial Details

Step 1: Upload the scanned copy of your cancelled cheque or the first page of your bank’s passbook to confirm your bank account. 

Step 2: Enter your bank account number

Step 3: Enter your MICR or the IFSC code

Step 4: Check the bank name and branch name that appears on your screen.

Step 5: Verify the details & if it does not display the accurate bank name & branch name, re-check the details you entered. 

Make sure all the details you have added are correct. The system will ask you to confirm the details before submitting. Once you are sure, click on submit to complete the MHADA registration. 

MHADA Lottery Application Submission 

Once your MHADA registration for 2023 is done, your photograph and documents will be verified by MHADA officials. Once your profile is verified, the apply button will be enabled for your profile. You can apply by clicking on the “Apply” button.
