Step 1: Visit the e nibandhan online portal.
Step 2: Click on "Stamp Calculator," available on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Once redirected to the stamp duty calculation page, enter the district name, select the deed type, and fill in other details like land type, valuation, area, and unit.
Step 4: Click "Add," and you will be given the minimum stamp value in rupees.

Step 1: Go to the official website of e nibandhan Jharkhand.
Step 2: From the drop-down menu, choose the "e-stamp online payment" option. You will be redirected to the NGDRS’ (National Generic Document Registration System) website.
Step 3: Now enter your name, password, captcha code, and one-time password
Step 4: After logging into the website, find the payment services option with the "purchase e-stamp paper" option.
Step 5: Mention the purpose of payment (registration deed), the district, the first and second party names, the stamp duty paid by and the purpose of the stamp, the PAN card number, the current mobile number, the amount (in rupees), and proceed to pay.
After successful completion of payment, print the online e-stamp certificate.

Step 1: Visit the e nibandhan portal and click on the online registration tab.
Step 2: Choose the "Pre-registration" option to redirect you to https://jharnibandhan.gov.in.
Step 3: Log in using your username and password and pay the registration fees.
Step 4: Now, you will have to make an appointment with the SRO in order to complete the stamp duty and registration processes.
