Step 1: Choose the "e-valuation" button on the DORIS Delhi portal.

Step 1: Visit the Stock Holding Corporation of India website and buy e-stamp paper for the exact value calculated above.
Step 2: Now you have to choose "Products and Services," "e-stamp Services," and "e-Registration."
You will have to register yourself if you are a first-time user. If you are already registered, enter your ID, password, and verification code.
Step 3: Now select "Product."
Step 4: Choose the e-registration service available under the e-stamping tab to pay the fee.
Step 5: After completing the payment, download the receipt and save it for future reference.

The last step is to visit the sub-registrar's office in Delhi physically.
Step 1: Visit the official portal and log onto the Revenue Department's appointment management system.
Step 2: Select the sub-registrar's office under your property's jurisdiction.
Step 3: List the documents you must carry for the appointment.
Step 4: Select "Yes" for the option "Are all the mentioned documents ready?"
Step 5: Mention your e-stamp number from the downloaded receipt.
Now you will receive a confirmation of the appointment via SMS. If you missed the assigned meeting, you would have to reschedule it with similar criteria.
