The Delhi Development Authority flats are provided at discounted rates to Delhi NCR citizens.
The discount rate is expected to be around Rs 5 lakh.
There is no scope for malpractice or cheating, as the allocation will be made via computer drawing rather than human interference.
Below are the eligibility criteria for the DDA housing scheme 2023.
The individual must be an Indian citizen.
They should be 18 years old.
One should not possess more than 67 sq m of land in Delhi.
Couples can apply for the DDA housing scheme 2023 as a 'joint application.' But spouses should apply separately. If both succeed, only one applicant will be allotted the flat.
Interested applicants can only apply once in their own name, as a co-applicant, or jointly.
The individual or joint income of the applicant for EWS flats should not be more than 3 lakh per annum, and household income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per annum.
Applicants must possess a bank account and a PAN card.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for the DDA housing scheme 2023
Step 1: Visit https://dda.gov.in/ and login.
Step 2: Select the 'What's New option and click DDA Housing Scheme.
Step 3: You will be redirected to another page. From there, select 'Registration Option, and a new window will open.
Step 4: Mention the required information like name, email ID, PAN number, Aadhar Number, and gender to register.
Step 5: Select 'Request OTP." You will receive an OTP on your registered number. Now login again from your PAN card, fill in your user ID and password, and start the procedure to pay for the DDA housing scheme 2023.
Step 1: Visit the DDA Housing Scheme website.
Step 2: Click on the payment option available on the homepage.
Step 3: You will be redirected to another page with options for DDA flats, plots, group housing properties, cooperative societies, and unauthorized colonies.
Step 4: Click on the appropriate option, and you will be redirected to another page to make the payment.
Step 5: Once a new page is available, carefully mention your login details like your contact number, challan number, and captcha code.
Step 6: Now click on "login' and pay.
