The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra launched the CIDCO lottery 2023 scheme where 7849 affordable flats were aimed to be provided to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category of citizens in Bamandongri, Kharkopar East 2 A, Kharkopar East 2B, and Kharkopar East P3 in the Ulwe node of Navi Mumbai. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Eligibility

Interested applicants must review the eligibility requirements before submitting their CIDCO upcoming lottery 2023 applications. The eligible applicant:

• Must be a Maharashtra state resident

• Applicants must belong to the Lower Income Group or Economically Weaker Section. 

• The applicant's monthly income in the EWS category should be less than Rs 25000. 

• The applicant's monthly income in the LIG category should be between Rs 25000 and Rs 50000.

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Register for the 2023-2024 Scheme

Follow the below-mentioned steps to complete the CIDCO lottery 2023 registration. 

Step 1: Visit the CIDCO Lottery 2023 online portal. 

Step 2: Select the 'Register for Lottery' tab available on the home page. 

Step 3: A new form will be generated where you must mention details like Username, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Password, First Name, Father's/Husband's/Middle Name, Surname, DOB, and Mobile Number. 

Step 4: After completing the details online, submit the CIDCO lottery fees. 

Step 5: Now that your application has been submitted, you can print it out for future reference. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Login on the CIDCO Portal

Step 1: Visit the City and Industrial Development Corporation website. 

Step 2: Click on 'Login' available in the top right corner of the page. 

Step 3: Mention your name, password, and exact captcha code and click 'Login'.

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Check Acceptance

Step 1: Navigate to the City and Industrial Development Corporation's online portal.

Step 2: Click the 'Accepted Applications' option on the homepage. 

Step 3: CIDCO lottery 2023 - 24 names will appear.

Step 4: Click 'View' to check the category and scheme code. 

Step 5: A PDF of the selected applicants will open, where you can check your name. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Pay Estate/ Miscellaneous Receipt Payments

Step 1: Visit the CIDCO Lottery 2023 portal. 

Step 2: Click the 'Online Payment' option on the home page. 

Step 3: From the drop-down menu, select the 'Estate/Miscellaneous Receipt Payment' option.

Step 4: A new window will open where you must mention the document, challan, or reference number and choose 'Go'.

Step 5: Make the payment and download the receipt for future reference.

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Pay Service Charges

Step 1: Visit the online portal.

Step 2: Select 'Online Payment' and 'Service Charges' from the drop-down menu on the home page.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter the consumer number and captcha code.

Step 4: Click " Submit," make the payment, and download the receipt. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Pay the NIAMS Payment

Step 1: Navigate to the CIDCO Lottery 2023 Portal. 

Step 2: Select the 'Online Payment' option on the homepage. 

Step 3: Now select NIAMS Payment from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: A new window will open where you must enter details like the challan number, file number, owner name, etc. 

Step 5: Make the payment and download the receipt for future reference. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to Pay COPAS- BP/TP

Step 1: Go to the CIDCO Lottery 2023 portal.

Step 2: Choose the 'Online Payment' option from the homepage.

Step 3: Mention the COPAS-BP/TP payment option from the drop-down menu. 

Step 4: A new window will open where you must enter a file or challan number, owner name etc. 

Step 5: Make the payment and download the receipt for future reference. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: Steps to File a Complaint

Applicants can file a CIDCO lottery 2023–24 complaint either in person or online. Below is the online procedure to file a grievance for the CIDCO lottery for 2023–24. 

Step 1: Navigate to the CIDCO Lottery 2023 portal.

Step 2: Do the CIDCO lottery 2023 login. 

Step 3: Click on Citizen/Business Services and complain.

Step 4: Once filed, collect your complaint registration number so you can check your complaint status online. 

Below is the offline procedure to file a grievance for the CIDCO lottery 2023 - 24.

You can visit the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. to file a complaint. 

CIDCO Lottery 2023: What to Do Post Winning the CIDCO Lottery?

• The first information sheet will be shared with the winners of the CIDCO lottery 2023 - 24. 

• Post this, winners will have to submit their documents, like their PAN Card, domicile certificate, income certificate, voter ID etc. 

• Once all the documents are submitted, a new (final) letter will be shared by the CIDCO officer.

• Now the winner will have to make a partial payment for the apartment within the given period of time. 

• The winner will now receive an allotment letter.

• Now the winner will have to pay the stamp duty, the registration fee, and a copy of the registration certificate. 

• And the winner will receive the authorization letter.
