Any citizen of Rajasthan can now access information related to their land online via Apna Khata portal, without leaving the comfort of their home. We will discuss everything about the portal and how you can use it to check Bhulekh in Rajasthan.
Apna Khata or E-Dharti is the official portal that maintains land records in Rajasthan. Apna Khata Rajasthan land records are computerised, and citizens can obtain them easily through the Apna Khata Rajasthan portal. Jamabandi or Bhulekh in Rajasthan is easily available on Apna Khata.

Bhulekh nakal, Khasra or Jamabandi are important documents related to farming. In these documents, every villager who owns a land has been mentioned along with complete details about their land. For example, the soil quality of that farm, the type of crops/plantation that grows out of the farm, who is the owner of the farm, etc. are recorded under Khasra. Below mentioned are the steps to download/check bhulekh in rajasthan as well as jamabandi nakal:
To procure the Nakal Jamabandi of your farm or your plot online, you must first open the official website. You can use this link to perform open this website– apnakhata.raj.nic.in
Once you are on the official website of Bhulekh Rajasthan, go to the menu section. You will find a list of Rajasthan’s districts, check the Bhulekh description of these and select the district you need information for.
After selection of the district, choose the sub-division/sub-district under it. There will be a list of sub-districts provided as well.
After selecting your sub-district, on the next step select a village from the list of villages under that sub-district. In case you are unable to find it amongst the long list, you can search for it in the search box on the right hand section of the website.
In order to check Rajashthan’s jamabandi Nakal, choose the option for Khata/account. For the next step, you need to select the Khata number or the account number. Choose the required account number from the list of options.

As soon as you select the Khata/Account Number, the screen will be redirected to the Bhulekh Jamabandi Nakal on the website. Here you can find all info related to land - Rajasthan Khasra, Description of Rakba, all information related to the division of land, etc.
Apart from Khata/Account Number, you can also opt for choosing the Khasra number or the name of the Jamabandi Nakal. For this you need to choose the option from the list of Khasra numbers or the names. And you will be able to check the Jamabandi Nakal in Rajasthan easily.
