Awas Vikas UP: Eligibility 

People who are interested and eligible can apply for the Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Yojana to attain a home at an affordable price. In 2023, the UP Housing Development Board established the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

• The applicants must be Uttar Pradesh residents.

• The applicants should be aged between 21 to 55.

• The applicant's annual income should not exceed INR 3 Lakh. 

• They should not own a pucca home. 

• Only one family member can apply and benefit from this Awas Vikas UP scheme.

Step 1: Navigate to the Awas Vikas UP website at https://upavp.in/

Step 2: Select ‘Vacant Property Details’.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. From there, select the scheme and flat type.

Step 4: Select ‘Search.’ 

Step 5: The information related to the vacant properties will be displayed on your screen. 

Steps To Apply For Awas Vikas UP Scheme 2023

Step 1: Interested individuals should check their eligibility for the scheme.

Step 2: Obtain the application form from the Awas Vikas UP website.

Step 3: Mention the required information and financial details.

Step 4: Submit the application form with the asked documents.

Step 2: Select ‘UPOBPAS Online Map Approval’ 

Step 3: A new window will open where you will have to login
