The Meebhoomi 1-b (ROR): Steps To Download

Meebhoomi 1-b (Record of Rights) is Andhra Pradesh's land registry, which records all land transactions. The 1-B can be used for bank loans, court cases, and information verification. 

Below are portal instructions to get the Meebhoomi 1-b:

1. Visit Meebhoomi to download 1-b.

2. Users must click the Meebhoomi’s 1-b Tab on the homepage and select their or their village's 1-b from the drop-down menu to access it.

3. After choosing your 1-b download method, click "Next."

4. As soon as the user chooses one of the aforementioned options, they'll be prompted to fill out the following form:

5. After entering the information, the next screen will display the survey number, Khata number, landowner's name, and father's name.

6. Users must find the landowner's name and Khata number in the underlined items to access the Meebhoomi 1-b document. 

7. After entering the required information, the necessary 1-b will appear on the following screen. Select "Print" at the page's footer to print it.

Meebhoomi Andhra Pradesh: Link Your Aadhar Card

Meebhoomi portal links Aadhaar and Khata numbers for transparency and access.  Below is the Meebhoomi portal's Aadhaar number linking process. 

1. First, visit the Meebhoomi portal.

2. Users must click "Aadhaar/Other Identities" on the homepage and select "Aadhaar Linking" from the drop-down menu. 

3. The user must then choose a 'Khata Number or Aadhaar number' and provide the following information: 

1. Name of the District 

2. Name of the Zone/Region

3. Name of the Village

4. Account No. or Aadhaar No. 

5. Enter the captcha code on the screen and select click.

6. The user must also consent to UIDAI biometrics and Aadhaar OTP generation on screen.

4. On the following screen, the user will see confirmation that their Aadhaar has been linked to their Khata Number.
