IGRS AP: Stamp Duty & Registration Fees
To register property in Andhra Pradesh, the buyer must pay stamp duty and registration fees to IGRS AP.
The stamp duty and registration fees are calculated on either the IGRS AP market value or the circle rate of the property (whichever is higher).
