Step 1: Visit the official website of Dharani Portal.

Step 2: Choose the "login" option available on the portal.

Step 3: Enter a username, password, and user type. (if the user chooses 'user type', they should mention the mobile number and password.)

Step 4: Click on 'login' 

Steps To Book A Slot On Dharani Portal

In order to avail of the citizen-centric services, you are required to book an online slot on the Dharani Portal by following these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Dharani Portal.

Step 2: On the left-hand side, click on the "Slot booking for citizens" option.

Step 3: You will be redirected to another page; choose 'click here to continue".

Step 4: On the next tab, mention your mobile number, password, and captcha code.

Step 5: The facility is only available to registered users on the Dharani Portal. If you are not, click "New User Sign Up Here" and enter your name, mobile number, and captcha code. 

Click on the "Validate and Register" option, and your account on the Dharani Telangana Portal will be registered.

Steps To Check Land Records On TS Dharani Portal

Follow the below-mentioned steps for checking the Telangana land records via the Dharani Portal:

Step 1: Go to the Dharani Portal

Step 2: Click on the "Registered Document Details."

Step 3: You will be redirected to another page where you will have to mention details like the district, SRO, book type, registration year, and document number. 

Step 4: Once done, enter the captcha code.

Step 5: Click on "Submit." The reset button will enable you to re-enter all the details. 

Steps To Check Land Registration Status On Dharani Portal

Follow the steps below to check the status of your application on the TS Dharani portal. 

Step 1: Navigate to the Dharani Portal.

Step 2: Click on "Know Your Application Status." 

Step 3: Mention your application number and registration number. Mention the captcha code and click on the "Fetch Details" option.

Steps To Apply For EC Via Dharani Portal

Two variants of the EC are available for download when applying for an encumbrance certificate online. These includes:

Form 15: This EC is issued if the concerned property has had previous encumbrances within the time specified on your application form. 

Form 16: A NIL EC is issued when no charges are placed on an asset during a specified time.

Step 2: Choose 'Encumbrance Details Section'

Step 3: Select the district, Mandal, village/city/town, and sub-division number from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Enter the captcha code carefully

Step 5: Click on the "fetch" button to view your encumbrance details.

Steps to Get Telangana Process Certified Copy On Dharani Portal

Follow the below steps to download the certified copy from the Dharani Portal 

Step 1: Navigate to the official Telangana land records or Dharani Portal

Step 2: The list forms will be available, and you must click on the one you want.

Step 3: Fill out the form with details, then download the form.

Step 4: Gather the documents and deliver them to the nearest tehsil along with the form.

Step 5: You will soon receive a certified copy of the documents. 

Steps To Apply For Succession Dharani Agriculture Land

The  Dharani Portal enables users to apply for the succession of agricultural land online. Follow the below steps on Dharani Portal:

Step 1: Visit the Dharani Portal

Step 2: Click on 'Application for Succession including Assigned Land'

Step 3: You will be redirected to a page where you have to log in with your registered number and enter your OTP.

Step 4: Now provide successor details, property details, and payment receipts. 

Step 5: The last step is to upload the death certificate and the joint agreement of the legal heirs. Click on "Submit."
