STEP 1: Visit the official website of https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/en

STEP 2: Select New User Registration from the CSC mahaonline homepage.

STEP 3: Now generate your username and password and mention your mobile number to verify your identity with an OTP. 

STEP 4: Now provide relevant information such as your address, phone number, a recent photo, and so on.

STEP 5: After completion, click on "I agree to the terms and conditions."

STEP 1: Click on the link for VLE registration. 

STEP 2: Select "CSC VLE" as the application type, enter your mobile number, enter the captcha code, and click "Submit."

STEP 3: To mahaonline vle login, mention your user ID and password under "VLE," sign in, and click on "Log in."
