Earlier, the HSVP Haryana scheme was addressed as HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority); however, in 2017, it was later renamed HSVP (Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran). Its primary goal is to create well-organized urban spaces that provide residents with a high quality of life. HSVP has its headquarters in Panchkula, Haryana. The state is divided into five zones—Panchkula, Faridabad, Gurugam, Rohtak, and Hisar—to work on development.

The objectives of Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran HSVP, are multifaceted and geared toward promoting planned and sustainable urban development in the state of Haryana. Below are the primary objectives of HSVP:

You should be a Haryana domicile.
Apply if your household's income is under three lakhs.
The applicant should refrain from possessing any Haryana-based plots.
Government of Haryana Group D employees may apply for this scheme.

Self-attested pan card copies
Bylaws certified copies
Cooperative society’s resolution certified copies
Passport-size photograph
If you wish to apply for plots online, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the website @ https://www.hsvphry.org.in/. and do the HSVP login.
Step 2: Choose the HUDA Plot Scheme and complete the registration form.
Step 3: Make the payment for the fee and keep the application number for future reference.
Step 4: If you win the lottery, 25% of the plot cost must be paid within 30 days of registration, and the rest must be paid in 180 days.
There are some terms and conditions that are mentioned below:
A person may join up to five cooperative societies.
After allocation, a person may continue to be a member of one society.
You can only own one apartment or a society share.

Step 1: To know the HSVP plot status, navigate to https://www.hsvphry.org.in/.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Services’ option and select Plot Status Enquiry HSVP.
Step 3: Select Urban Estate, Sector, and mention your Plot Number.
Step 4: Now click ‘Search’, and results related to HSVP plot status will be displayed on your screen.
