There are 2 variations of 1-bedroom hall kitchen flats available in India.

• The first variation is a smaller version of the 1 BHK accommodation called a 0.5 BHK home. It is not to be confused with a 1 RK studio. Unlike it, a 0.5 BHK flat in India has a separate bedroom.
